Mixed nuts

Olive or Canola oil
Directions
Start with your favorite mixed nuts and place them in a foil pan or a lined baking sheet.
Drizzle enough olive or canola oil over the nuts and give them a mix or toss to evenly coat.
Grab your favorite Croix Valley Rub or Booster and evenly coat the nuts, tossing and stirring to ensure the rub is evenly distributed.
Place in the smoker at 300-350°F for approximately 15 minutes, allow to cool and enjoy.
